The views of nyhavn from the room were absolutely breathtaking! 💖 breakfast was included with delicious gluten-free bread. Just wish there were more choices. 😞 Can't wait to go back! 🌇

The room was cozy with beautiful views from the large windows. The staff was incredibly helpful and provided great recommendations for exploring the city. The central courtyard was a lovely spot to relax after a day of sightseeing. The only downside was the lack of tea making facilities in the room, but overall, it was a comfortable and pleasant stay.

I absolutely loved the hotel's fantastic location by Nyhavn, with a wonderful view of the canal and colorful buildings. The room was cozy, clean, and comfortable, perfect for a good night's rest. The staff, especially Miriam, Glen, Pang, Michael, and GM Dorte, were extremely helpful and friendly. The Continental breakfast was delicious, with a variety of options. While the room was on the small side, the view and cleanliness made up for it. It would have been convenient to have a kettle in the room. Overall, a great stay and excellent service!

Being so close to Nyhavn was fantastic; We walked everywhere easily. The room was cozy but had all we needed. The breakfast provided a good start to the day. Having drinks in the reception was convenient, though a kettle in the room would have been nice.

The staff were so welcoming and friendly, the room was spacious and had a lovely view of the courtyard, and breakfast was fresh and had plenty of options. I really enjoyed chilling in the cozy lobby with a cup of coffee and relaxing in the quiet courtyard after a busy day exploring. The only thing that could have been better was if there was a kettle in the room for a late-night cuppa ☕.

We absolutely loved our stay at Bethel Hotel. The location on Nyhavn was perfect for exploring all that the city has to offer. The room may have been compact, but it had everything we needed including a strong water pressure in the bathroom and lovely toiletries. The hotel breakfast in the basement was a great way to start the day, with a good selection of food. The staff were incredibly helpful and accommodating, even offering to arrange an early breakfast for us when we had to leave at 4am. we had a wonderful experience at Bethel Hotel and would highly recommend it.

The beds were also very comfortable and the hotel was situated in a beautiful area with easy access to public transport. The reception and foyer were bright and spacious, and the room and bathroom were beautiful and spotless. a great hotel experience.

Guests can easily explore the city on foot, as most of the downtown attractions are within walking distance. Additionally, the rooms are clean and comfortable, with tasteful decor and breathtaking views from the windows. The staff is friendly and helpful, providing excellent service during the stay. The breakfast menu offers a wide range of choices to suit different preferences.

Some inconsistencies were noted with the cleanliness of the bathrooms, with instances of hair being left on the floor.

Nothing not to like.

We stayed at this hotel for 2 nights at the end of our European vacation and it was the perfect location. Being right on the Nyhavn canal was a treat, with the iconic colorful houses just steps away. The hotel staff were friendly and the maze-like layout of the multiple buildings added a fun element. The location was fantastic, with a great shopping street leading to City Hall. The Metro station was also close by, making it easy to catch our flight without needing a taxi. Loved our stay and would definitely come back!

It was perfectly situated in a popular tourist area, with easy access to bars, restaurants, and public transportation. the hotel staff were also extremely helpful and friendly, going above and beyond to assist with any needs or concerns. Additionally, the breakfast provided was wonderful, offering a variety of delicious options to start the day.

One aspect that could be improved upon was the age of some of the facilities. the shower and hair dryer seemed a bit outdated and could benefit from an upgrade.
